ALL  Rates are for 1-6 guests. For larger groups (7 to 10 persons) please request a quote. 

Payment Terms

• A Reservation Deposit of one (1) night’s rental is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit automatically converts to a Security Deposit upon arrival and check-in.
• The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, and will be refunded within seven (7) days of departure LESS any expenses incurred.
• The full Rental Payment for the villa is due one (1) month prior to arrival
• Accepted forms of payments are Cash or Cheque or Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit

Check-In/Out Times

• Normal check-in is from 2:00pm. Normal check-out is by 11:00am.
• Exceptions to these times require explicit approval in advance, and this would normally be given as long as there are no guest changeovers that day.
